Students Hostel:

 

             There are 950 students residing in the Hostels at present.

 

At present four boys Hostels i.e Chenab, Indus, Jhelum, Dal and one Independent Girls Hostel are in operation.  The capacity of each hostel is as under:-

Dean Students Welfare,

 

Prof. R. Ambardar Head, Metallurgical Engg Department is the Dean Students Welfare. All the Proctorial staff, Staff Advisor Mess and Director Physical Education work under his guidance.

   

 

Students Messes

      

            Each Hostel has its own mess. All these Messes run under the control of student’s representatives, Caretaker Mess and Staff Advisor Messes. Director is the Chairman of all student messes.

Physical Education

     

            An independent section headed by Director physical education is organizing all the indoor and out door games.  All the competitions, debates quiz and sports events are organized by him.
